What up? Sorry its been awhile since I posted something new. I just wanted to update everyone. I have recently invested in some new recording equipment and I am currently working on a new album. Not sure when the new one will be out, but I am very excited about the possibilities of new songs. In other news my health is great, watching the NBA playoffs(Please Celtics bring us another one)and playing shows from time to time. I hope all is well in your world.

Firday Nov 13th, 2009 I am playing a gig at the Nestor in Fargo, ND - More details to arrive soon

Its been a while since I posted anything. I just wanted to update anybody that was interested on what I have been up too. I am currently going back to school and working so I have been very busy. I still plan on playing shows from time to time but I am gonna try and work on getting new material recorded so the shows will slow down. My health is A-OK. All is well. I hope life is treating you well. Anyone who is having a tough time, just focus on one day to the next. You only have so much control I have learned and as difficult as it is, you just gotta sit back and enjoy the journey when you can.

Yeah so I did not become a finalist but thats all good. Anyways life is crazy busy right now but got a show tomorrow night in Fargo, Nd at the Nestor and still working on a new record.

Due to the flooding in the area and businesses needing to be closed, my show tonight at The Nestor has been cancelled. I have more coming up in April and May with more likley to be scheduled. Check the shows section for details. Keep checking back and be safe if your in the FM area.

Is good. Can be mundane at times but I am working through it. Its been a slow process for getting some new songs done. I would like to get an album out this year. Shows come and go but consider myself lucky even to grace a stage. Watching lots of Celtics games and very much looking forward to the movie "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" in June. This has been one unique year. I have been through trials and changes and many "growin up" moments. I have lost friends to the physical (of course not the spiritual) and been really seeing the affect of cancer on society. To all who have been living with it or know someone going through it, remember hope exists and all that is required to defeat darkness is the smallest of light. The mind is a powerful thing. Someone or something has your back.

Changing tone, I have really been seeing how the world is changing. My jaw drops when I hear about all these financial bailouts with the economy sinking. I am no economist and I understand many people will be hurting if money is not given for relief. But why has it gotten to this point? Why do CEOs and higher people get so many bonuses while others suffer? We have given money to banks and they are not even tracking it. Does this not alarm anyone? Our world is truly consumed with greed. I am not trying to judge as I am far from qualified to do so. I am only pointing out the "red flags" that pop up in my mind. I pray to whoever is listening for these people and all of us, let us all change our ways.

I said I would be at sidestreet tonight but I must take a rain check. I will be at dempsey's on thursday though. I will do sidestreet on nov 4th. PEACE.

I will be doing performances at the Sidestreet and Dempseys this week. Sidestreet on tuesday (10/28) and Dempsys on thursday (10/30). Everything gets going around 10pm. Both are in Downtown Fargo, ND.

Slotting the defending champs at #1 here has never been more automatic, even though Posey left. Every time we hear someone ask whether they'll be hungry enough to repeat, we want to respond: Boston still has KG, right?

Just had a CT scan and everything came back great. Still doing good. I will be updating the photo section soon with updated pictures. Just got a show on Oct 10th. Check it out if your in the area. Until next time, everyone keep on trucking.

Just working and day dreaming about camping. I hope everyone is doing great. I am getting back into the swing of things and hoping to get a new album out early next year. My energy levels are slowly getting better but I still sleep a lot. I am going to try and start booking some shows here soon. My man Posey from the Celtics signed with the Hornets and thats a huge loss but they did retain eddie house. It will be an interesting year for basketball when it starts up in the fall. Lots of players have moved to different teams. Here is to a great weekend and a great rest of the summer. PEACE
